The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. The only negetive I had was the strong smell of weed once we got off the elevator on the second floor. It was very strong all the way to our room. Thankfully our room did not smell like weed otherwise we would have requested to move or a refund. Once in the room we were fine. Extremely happy with whole experience. Clean, smelled good and all items where more modern. Breakfast had no complaints- plenty of choices. By far- shower 100% recommend. 2nd night received a personal not from management with a little gift bag welcoming us. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Well done.
My recent stay on March 13, 2026, was an unacceptable experience that raises serious questions regarding this property’s health standards and management integrity. After a five-hour drive, I checked into my room at 10:30 PM only to discover a visible roach infestation. It was a very wonderful experience because I was traveling with family and kids... Very accommodating, courteous front desk and house keeping as well. Would definitely return and stay while traveling from Florida again....
