This is a really good clean hotel and it is definitely upgraded. The price is super nice and it’s not that far from downtown.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war sauber und die Einrichtung gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig im Angebot. Leider war der Pool bei über 35 Grad Aussentemperatur bereits abgedeckt und augenscheinlich seit bereits längerer Zeit nicht mehr nutzbar. Die drei im Hotel befindlichen Eiswürfelmaschinen waren alle außer Betrieb. Deswegen gibt es in der Bewertung Abzüge.

Staff was very friendly but I have to give 2 stars for seeing a roach in the bathroom upon our departure. I understand that it is a hotel and people come and go but looking at the reviews with others complaining about this as well is concerning. We also did not have any body towels in our room and one of the hand towels was stained. Beds were uncomfortable. Do not recommend

The entire hotel carpet smelled terrible. In my first room, the mattress was clearly very old and uncomfortable. I asked to change rooms to one with a better mattress, but it still wasn't in good condition. The water in the shower, toilet, and sink stagnated and took ages to drain. I've stayed at this hotel chain before, and honestly, this was the worst. It was something I truly didn't expect.
