Absolutely terrible experience. Walked in and immediately noticed the employee had her husband and daughter hanging around at work — unprofessional from the start. After checking in, we went to our room and found a live bed bug. We told the front desk lady, Brandy, and she moved us to another room. That room was just as bad — fries under the mattress and behind the bed, filthy, and nowhere near acceptable.
