They were very friendly and helpful it's its very clean and the food was really good we me and my family will definitely come back.
Rented 2 rooms for my graduation, upon arrival the elevators didn't work and was an inconvenience for my elderly mom. We asked if we could use the pool but the receptionist said "the foundation was broken". Nothing seemed to work in this hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel.
The only thing let it down was the pool out of action. Looks like it’s been closed down for some time, tarp over green water. Don’t mind too much but it wasn’t clear at booking pool closed.
The Staff of Cathy, kristina,Natali,Isabel,Sandra,Reyna,Alicia,Michelle, Alexis, jeremy,Sonia, Camila,Bella.All Customer Service was Outstanding Service, Their People Skills Were Outstanding, They Asured Me If I Need Anything They Were Their 4 Ne N My Family. From ,the Food ,the Temperature of The room n The Pool Neing Cleaned At All times. My Family Was Well Taken care of. The other Staff For Such A Wonderful Job. Mr kent
