Could not adjust air conditioning! Desk phone did not work!
Entering the hotel it looked so nice! Staff was friendly. But the room had a smell. The beds smelled weird and there was a blood stain on the sheets. The pillows also had an ugly smell.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! The ice bucket had mold in it and the TP was not replaced also the toilet seat was broken . Breakfast was the worst of all stale waffles and very processed sausage . Not to mention my ac was stuck on the whole time so my room was cold . The old white guy who worked on August 8th was extremely rude to me and my family . Only good thing about all this is that it’s close to the beach . Never will rebook here again
