Beds are bad....
I am very disappointed in the customer service from this property. I had a prepaid reservation to stay here before a cruise. The night before I was scheduled to travel to Galveston, the property called me to inform me that they could not accommodate me due to damage caused at the hotel due to a recent hard freeze. They assured me I would receive a full refund in 2-3 business days. I was understanding, and made other arrangements for my stay in Galveston.
