Clean room, pleasant stay. Would stay at this location again.
My husband and I originally booked one night. We were going to be in the area for a wedding. We decided to make another reservation for the night prior to the original as well so we wouldn’t have to rush with our plans. When my husband went down to check out the first night and check back in, the lady in the front was rude and tried to charge us a $25 fee for an another night even though it was already paid for. Close to Gainesville Hospital. Rooms are small. They only left 1 tiny bar of soap for hand washing and bathing for 3 adults. Same with the shampoo and conditioner. Glad I brought my own from home with me. Advertised noon check in only to arrive at noon & be charged an additional $20 for noon check in. Every single time you want to go off the ground floor you have to look for and find the front desk clerk and ask for the elevator to be brought done to 1st floor.
