Room had bedbugs, alot of them. I was told room would be refunded by manager. My room was still charged they kept ignoring my calls or passing me from person to person. Took 3 days to get it resolved, had to contact my booking agency and report pics and vids.Terrible experience, will not stay with LA Quinta again.
They got roaches and you will have bed bug bites
Found bed bugs in room. Hotel front desk acknowledged that the photo we showed them was a bed bug on the bed in their hotel and then refused to refund the room after we left without staying the night. Avoid at all cost.
Equipment failure. Air conditioning not cooling. All ice machine broken in the entire building. Staff not trained on hospitality. Inexperienced management (Ami) with issues during stay. No manager or maintenance available in faculties during the evening or until check out time. Very unsatisfactory and will not return for this type of service.
