Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and very polite. The pool is spectacular. The rooms are always very clean and neat people at the front desk are very helpful.

I wasn't a guest here, but I'd like to share my experience with the staff. Im a local and was doing a food delivery order to one of the guests at this hotel. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly fellow named Peter at the fromt desk. I explained I was to meet someone there in the lobby and that was that. Check-in was very fast, and the lady at the front desk was super attentive, smiling, and professional. I asked her where my room, 251, was, and she explained which way to take to get there faster and which elevator was closest. They also gave us a welcome gift that we really liked. The room was super clean, the sheets were white and crisp, and the bathroom had soap and tissues to remove our makeup. We will stay at this hotel again if we return to Fort Myers.
