Great experience, clean, comfortable, nice staff and a very good breakfast. WIFI on the room is free.
Went here in January and still haven’t gotten my refund back up to this date !!!
Very clean! The pool was filled with leaves and cold. The hot tub wouldn't heat up, but was a bit warmer than the pool but still had leaves and debris in it. Laundry room came in handy sure due the fact we were in-between cruises. Valentina was very pleasant and helpful. She was always smiling. The 3rd floor had strong odor of marijuana smell which knocked you out when the elevator door opens, considering the hotel is a non smoking hotel! I made a complaint but they told us they would check it out in the morning.
