A cockroach greeted us in our room upon arrival. The desk chair didn’t hold pressure so it stayed at the lowest position. To make matters worse, the toilet was constantly running to fill the tank. We asked to be moved to another room and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The 2nd room had a pool of water in the tub and hair from previous guests. We sucked it up and stayed in the 2nd room anyway. Obviously no detail to attention when cleaning. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was not prepared for the 3 of us even though our reservation and what we paid was for three. We had to get Coffee for 3, pillows for the 3rd person. towels for the 3rd person. She slept on the towels because she had no linen. We were disappointed. It was my 2nd stay. I dont know if there will be a third.

A good place for a quick stop before the cruise. 24/7 front desk. They've shuttled to the ship on the hour for $15 pp. Room includes breakfast: boiled eggs, yogurt, oranges, etc. Kind front desk staff, especially the lady with the wide headband who gave me the secret code -:) thank you. The room and bathroom are decent and clean. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are uncomfortable. Old Town Woodbury & Co. toiletries.
