Everything was fine just don't agree with guests bringing dog by pool area to splash with the pool water. Didn't do breakfast but over stay was good

Terrible front desk attention. We asked for early check in and instead of saying no, they told us they were cleaning the room and made us wait 2 hours. They could ve said no and we could ve left. And on top of this the lady was rude when we told her this after waiting two hours replying that check in was at 3. Again, they could ve just said no early check in, instead of saying they were cleaning and making us wait 2 hours when we could ve decided to be somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Disappointed in my last stay here. They have a “shuttle” to/from airport but it had broken down so they were telling guests to take a cab and they would pay for it. Well I did that to get from airport to hotel but from hotel to airport, you are on your own. They said they would reimburse me but never have. They can’t credit my room because I used points for a free hotel room. I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle. Lost $31 because of it. I get it’s not a lot but that’s 2 meals for me. The price on booking was about $100 super fair for the area and a great price. Was expecting less but I as still a great vibe, we got helped by a lady at the front desk super quick and great vibes was recommending places to get a drink nearby. Hotel was clean, neat, and had full size shampoo bottles which is always great. Great location nearby Ross, Marshall’s and other local stores, beautiful pool and lake front.
