The room was okay, the ac didn't work and the sheets where a bit dirty. The staff, she was super nice and really helpful when checking in. Breakfast was awesome. Thank you
We booked a room and paid $50 for the early check in, then when we arrived we were told that there are no rooms available. When we were eventually given a room, as im bringing the luggage in, I see a small pile of some dry chunky substance on the floor and couch. Got my laptop set up to work, paid for the premium wifi, and received ~8 mbs a second which was essentially unusable. Thats 2 additional charge services that were paid for but not rendered. Quinn made the stay exceptional. I appreciate the workout area with free weights. Breakfast was good!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with what has happened during my stay at your hotel. Items were taken from inside my suitcase without my knowledge. The most expensive items were removed. After I reported the issue, my Off-White shirt and my perfume were returned. However, my Under Armour sweatpants and another item are still missing. I am shocked that this could happen in a hotel.
