Horrible nasty, room service is only 3 days a week. The pool looks to have algae in it.
My room smelled like dog the moment we walked in. On the surface this place looks nice but its falling apart and kinda gross. The hallway floor was filthy. I only had two tiny pillows per bed and when I asked for more I was told they don't offer extra pillows. WHAT? This is a hotel and you don't offer extra pillows?? I don't recommend this place at all.
Worst service I’ve had. Front receptionist was very rude and not helpful. She wouldn’t allow my children to go up the elevator. Stating only 4 people can go up the elevator. I have 4 kids. Previous statement was only five people which it was right at five.
