When we checked in we went up to our room, the bed, bathrooms and floor were all dirty, I went down and told them that I don’t think our room was cleaned and we were given a new room, I did end up going down and getting clean sheets for out new room though. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there which was disappointing. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, water and coffee. No other drink choices.
Our stay was very nice. Rooms are new. Air conditioning worked beautifully. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We booked with plans to take the kids to the pool when we got there the pool was out of service. We respectfully asked for a refund which they agreed too, then when we left decided not to honor it. Rooms are old, has a smell, definitely would stay away from it.
Good stay, nice , neat, clean, well kept, and maintained with good hospitality
How is the hot tub & pool out of order?? They had water & it's indoors....for that no stars
