Good stay, nice , neat, clean, well kept, and maintained with good hospitality
How is the hot tub & pool out of order?? They had water & it's indoors....for that no stars
Great stay and convenient location!
At check in they have a nonrefundable pet deposit of $25/night that won't exceed $75. Usually when we stay at a La Qinta, the deposit is refundable if they is no deep clean needed. Plus there is a $50 refundable deposit. Indoor pool is out of service. The pool looks completely functioning. We choose this location due to an indoor pool. With it being winter, we knew an outdoor pool wouldn't be functioning. Plus both side doors and stairs don't work. Thankfully you don't need key access to go down the stairs. Had a reservation here through expedia for a concert, the event was cancelled due to ice/snow storm in area, attempted to cancel our room due to unsafe traveling conditions. Expedia called and attempted to as well. Was denied refund due to nature of reservation despite the weather conditions. We were not cancelling just to cancel, was unsafe to travel.
