Had to go get my own towel one day. Other than that everything was great
Very clean hotels smells good and front desk personnel very professional
ZERO STARS! I booked my stay last minute on Friday night (technically Saturday morning) and when i got to the hotel 30 minutes later the desk worker told me i had been marked as a no show to which he told me he would have to book me a new stay if i wanted to stay there for the night. Why was i allowed to book a stay if they were just going to mark me as a no show immediately? The new reservation the desk worker booked me was for Saturday night staying in to Sunday morning.
