Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría , las sábanas y colchas estaban llenas de pelo de perro , le pedí que me dieran sábanas limpias y me dijeron que ya no había nadie y me dieron unas que tenías un olor a guardado y tuve que hacer yo las camas, solo fuimos a dormir para descansar para nuestro viaje a la florida pero en vez de descansar lo único que deseábamos era que amaneciera rápido , no tengo nada en contra de los animales pero este hotel debería ser solamente para personas que viajen con animales, definitivamente no vo... read more

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the first room we were given had a toilet that would not flush, so we had to be moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had an unpleasant smell and did not seem very clean. I ended up having to go out and buy cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable using the bathroom. Booked the room very late in the evening as another hotel we had booked was not fit even for the dogs. La Quinta was so quick to accommodate us and 2 dogs. We were thrilled with their customer service, the suite, and complimentary breakfast (lovingly prepared by Wanda and ….). Very pleased with our stay at this location.
