Room smelled musty air conditioning, didn't work? We were on the 2nd floor the elevator didn't work. We had to carry everything up. And back done. And the shower drain wouldn't drain.
Checked in late and Shelley greeted us warmly and was so much help. Do you have a jewel in her.
Use to be nice but gone downhill in the last couple years. Water standing in hall from room 118 to 119. My floors in my room were filthy, I tried to find the night clerk at 9:30and she was no where to be found. Nasty smell as you come down the hall to back door
