Very conveniently located. It's a pet friendly hotel but the night I stayed there were no smells or noise from the dogs. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc. On the down side, the wifi was intermittant and the heater in my room was inoperative. I'd recommend it to family and friends but they need a better system to report problems.

Double charged me for the room after I told her my confirmation # and that I had paid two weeks in advance. Juggling us around rooms even though I had the two weeks spot. Elevator broke soon into our stay. The whole afternoon and overnight we climbed the stairs. Had no one looking at it. When we checked out no Elevator still. When we inquired, they said guy was off that day. They could have cared less. Incompetent all around. Hauling all that luggage down the stairs, never again LA Chinchya.
