Not clean at all. For the price I was expecting a lot more. Ride front desk lady.
Rooms were decent but the toilets flo master had to be manually tapped every time to refill the tank. Hotel put an unnecessary and no notice hold on my card only because I did online pre arrival registration. 20 day hold. They would be cleaning and banging stuff around in the room next to me sometimes at 9-10pm. Very frustrating. Cleaning staff always stared at me like I was behind enemy lines, never saying a word. Service for housekeeping isn't good at all. Requested towels 3 times and finally went to the front desk to pick up towels.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times while getting medical care in Fargo. I booked at the $119 medical rate today then was told $52 in taxes would be added for a total rate of $179. I asked her to cancel and she said she couldn't. She put me through to customer service who also said he couldn't cancel because of "technical issues with the booking system". Rooms are average, some things are run down looking. Most of the staff does not speak English. Pool and hot tub are nice.
