Absolutely horrible experience. We went to check into our room we booked a queen suite because we had 5 people, the first room was absolutely disgusting. It had bugs and the bedding and chairs were stained. The had the front desk clerk come look at, she agreed after seeing the bugs, she then said she found a room, we went and it was a king size bed, well there are 5 of us, not going to work. The next room we went to, we thought was odd because it had a do not disturb sign on the door, but our key opened it, we walked in to s... read more
Good hotel. Rooms are a litte tired. Front desk staff - Good. They asked how my stay was, which is needed.
