Never answer the phone, didn’t put our employee in a room we reserved, made him pay him self, so double charged!! Ugh wake up! Zero star service today!!
Hotel is in serious need of updating. I was given a key card to a room that was already occupied. Had to get another room. Breakfast was meager at best. Used to be a lot better.
Location was conveniently located next to the hospital and I’d stayed here before 7+ years ago and it was decent then. Now, not so much. The room was gross, the ceilings had substantial water stains in the halls, the elevator took forever and sounded like it would malfunction at any second. The furniture and walls in the room had substantial stains and spills and crumbs- clearly not getting even wiped down. Stay here for work and it isnt to bad. Has a good breakfast and the front desk staff are very nice. Been some remodeling but hopefully they will be done soon.
Went here for a tournament, checked in. When we got to are room a person was already in there… Ok fine just a mixup..Right.. NOPE BECAUSE THEY GOT ARE NAMES WRONG SO WE HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS. Also are room is freezing and the tv doesn’t work. Terrible
