I've spent hours just trying to get a receipt, a confirmation, etc. The staff answering the front desk phone are very unhelpful, even rude. The evening person couldn't figure out how to send an email. The daytime person laughed when I asked her to find a reservation number for me. I attempted to speak with a manager and was told they do not accept phone calls, and weren't at work. I got an email address, but I'm doubting I'll get a response. Disgraceful customer service. 😒

The room itself is large, decent beds, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The bathroom was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom that was NOT ours, as we don't have dark brown/black hair. Moldy corners of the shower, and the water pools when you use it due to the drain being clogged. The mirror was broken, too. Overall, teach your housekeepers to clean the floors better. The grout was disgusting and dirty, and the 20+ hairs I found on the bathroom floor that were not ours is unacceptable.

I was in town for a conference at a neighboring hotel. The sink drain wasn't even connected to the sink, the shower didn't drain, and there were pieces of baseboard broken on the floor. I got in late so I didn't notice until the morning. When I told the front desk in the morning, they said they would call at 10am to either fix the room or get us a new room but nobody ever contacted us. So we were stuck there another night.
