My family and I were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool. We called ahead of time same make reservations and asked twice if the pool was opened and when could it be used? We were told yes and given hours we could go swimming. Got to the hotel to found out the pool is not operational. Rooms were not really cleaned. Stains on curtains, walls, carpet not vacuumed in hallway, shower had ring of dirt around around the drain. Disappointed not only for being lied to but the cleanliness of the place.
Horrible customer service! They won’t answer the phone.
I am a regular customer there but my last stay was very bad and this gives me the possibility of not returning again
