Shout out to Tim (Front Desk) and his exceptional customer service to my family as they traveled from Denali to Fairbanks to catch a midnight flight back to the lower 48s; I tried to request an early check-in online and within 24 hrs I received an email stating it was unavailable. So I called to see why, Tim answered the call and said that their location only had 2 rooms in the category I booked; and they were currently occupied and would still have to be cleaned after they vacated. I read the positive reviews from various customers and am wondering why my experience was so off-putting. First, my bathroom sink drain didn't work. I reported the issue in person to the gal at the front desk. She took the information, including my room number (I saw her write it down) and told me that the gentleman talking (pointed to him) was the maintenance man and he would take care of it.
