Located right next to the airport which was nice. The stairwell was quite stinky and there were several stains on the carpet throughout. The kitchen/dining area was also quite gross. There was one spot on the floor that hadn't been touched in the 8 days we were there. Overall the stay was fine but definitely needs a very deep cleaning! The staff on the other hand were all very friendly and made our stay welcoming!!
Hotel has very friendly helpful staff. We were greeted each morning on our way to breakfast and my kids loved nightly cookies. Honest too. I left my wedding ring there and they sent it back to me! Special shoutout to Winston!
The staff made my stay! It’s hard picking a spot in Fairbanks, but this property had remarkably kind staff and a good workout facility. Perfect for a stopover. I did have to do ride share to and from town, but the airport shuttle was super easy and quick.
The pickup from the train depot was negligent such that after 3 calls and one hour wait we succumbed to calling an uber .. will not go into details but suffice it to say we were lied to … The manager on duty was a disgrace and did nothing to facilitate.. truly truly shameful I’m suck in this awful place for 5 days.. will made my feelings known to conference organizers
