The air conditioner was turned down to 64 and would not keep it 70. The toilet seat was loose falling off loose. But it was a clean room no bed bugs. Nice place to stay pet friendly. 25 extra not 75 like most.

Watch your bill at checkout!! This hotel doubled our pet fee without notice, and without good reason. Our request for a specific room location on the ground floor near an exit was totally ignored and we were assigned to the third floor. They were able to change it ti ground floor, but were right across from housekeeping and the ice machine, in a room with an ill-fitted door where you could see light from the hallway all around the frame, so obviously not well-insulated for sound. It was a beautiful room, staff was very kind and accommodating. The climate control in the room worked perfectly I have traveled a lot and this stay was, without exception, as good as it gets. It was far more than I expected. And the coffee was good - icing on the cake!
