Walls are thin. I was placed next to a room with 4 kids who were screaming and jumping which kept shaking my bed. I called down and the man talked to the room. It worked for a little bit then the kids kept jumping again. His response was they are young kids maybe they'll go to bed soon. It was annoying. Other than that it was fine but parents need to police up their kids. We paid for a room and we didnt pay to have your brats ruin it for us.
Housekeeping came into my room and never made the bed, did not remove the garbage and did not leave me any clean towels. But the worst of the stay started BEFORE I even got there. When I made my reservation, I indicated that I would pay when I arrived. No where on the reservation site did it indicate that a charge would a charge be made prior to my arrival. When the pre-registration email came the day before I left to go to my destination it asked for my card info but assured me that no charges would be made on my card prior... read more
Great stay great prices and the front desk people are super helpful and super nice. If i ever come back id stay here
I have to give this hotel a 5 as there is nothing I can think was wrong. Room & hotel was very clean and with no cover up smell. Breakfast was decent but I come from the generation that remembers when hotels did not serve Breakfast. Employees were all nice.
This is definitely a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, good coffee - recommend without hesitation.
