We stayed here last night. The room was pretty nice. AC super cold. Bed was comfy, water was hot. We hated the TV. It’s a smart TV that’s dumb. They only offer commercial basic cable. Absolutely no movie channels which stinks. Also you can’t even type in the Chanel number so you have to scroll all the way through. We were escaping the kids and excited to lay in a quiet bed and watch TV and it sucked. To be honest. Also the window curtains don’t fully close so you get a lot of sunlight. Clean hotel, with great breakfast choices and very friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more!
First, Rick at front desk was super nice but he was on the night shift all alone when we arrived and the hotel room left a lot to be desired. We requested a new room bc of black hairs on the bed and dirty floors but they were sold out so he got us new bedding and we asked for a broom to sweep ourselves. The bathroom door lock was broken was didn’t close properly (rm 121).
Friendly and helpful staff. They even let us check in a few minutes early. Clean rooms.
