Was on a vacation and booked this hotel the day we stayed there. The front desk was very friendly and was a easy check in. The whole place was clean. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing out the front with a good view. The continental breakfast was good. The only bad thing about the room was our mini fridge was not working but otherwise it was good.

We’re paying $215 a night because of the festival.Obviously understaffed and ill prepared for a busy weekend event (National Polka Festival). Strangely, had to pay for the entire stay upfront when we checked in. There wasn’t even an option to split the charges between two credit cards. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where I paid on entry instead of exit. Woke up the first morning to find the elevator broken down. Rooms have mold and mildew in the showers. Dust along all the walls. Towels and rags in the room had brown stains. When brought to managements attention no apology given. Acted as if it were normal.
