I reserved my stay at this hotel a full month in advance and was given a confirmed price at the time of booking. Upon arrival, not only was my reservation not honored properly, but the staff claimed they had no record of the agreed rate and increased the price significantly. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites was okay. The room was clean and comfortable despite the environment being a little dirty.
Great stay. Clean rooms friendly staff. Would recommend.
It was was terrible. There is black mold everywhere. You can smell it as soon as you walk in. Multiple people in our group had roaches in their rooms. Two of them had to switch rooms cuz their beds were wet from so much moisture and mold in their room. If I could figure out how to post the pictures I would.
