I called to cancel my visit and was told the reservation had been cancelled. After I got home, never stayed at La Quinta, I was still charged. I called the front desk and they denied I had cancelled, but possibly I had called the reservation system, I tried calling the reservation system and they hung up on me on the first ring about 20 times in total. Disgusting hotel! Not at all the standard of most la Quinta hotels. Dirty sheets, dirty everything!
Staff were ride and room was dirty. Sheets appeared to not have been washed.
I have used this hotel a couple of times when in Ely for work. It is ideally located for my work needs. The staff was courteous and friendly. The facility is well-maintained and the rooms are very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Ely.
