Person at front desk was amazing had great customer service and very friendly. But as soon as we got to the room we noticed mold on the ceiling, there’s stains all over the carpet and bathroom floor. I’ve stayed in hotels cheaper than this that were nicer. Had to keep reminding myself It was only one night

Todo en pésimas condiciones y no tiene nada de coincidencia con las fotos parece abandonado, el baño no servía ni la regadera y el agua tenía un olor diferente y las camas olían a tierra como que no las lavaban y para variar te cobran un depósito de 50 dólares

Llegamos a las 11 pm hicimos el check in y nos cobraron... llegamos a el cuarto el cual no estaba limpio ....faltaba limpiarlo por completo había desorden y fuimos a recepción a notificarles y nos dijeron no tenían mas habitaciones muy mal servicio y segun hablaron y no les contestaron de hotro hotel cadena para poder reubicarnos ..bien sabían que el cuarto no estaba limpio y asi un estaban rentando y cobrando ...pésimo respuesta de la persona atendido y sabiendo la hora que lleganos como para dejarnos sin habitación. .No lo... read more

los baños se tapan constantemente le hace falta mantenimiento,el internet y la señal de tv siempre anda fallando,le hace falta mucha remodelacion

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Victor at the front desk was awesome, but unfortunately the room itself was horrible. It was dirty when we arrived — there was hair all over the bathtub, crumbs on the floor, and large stains on the carpet. When I politely asked housekeeping if they could vacuum and clean the bathtub, they seemed bothered by the request. The room should have been properly cleaned before guests checked in. We ended up leaving and found another hotel. I definitely would not stay here again.
