Review based on service only. Booked a room through Agoda around 11:45pm. Showed up at 1:30am and the front desk person told me the hotel was sold out and I’d need to ask Agoda to refund me. This was incredibly frustrating already, especially given the hour and after a long day of driving but, I figured Agoda had made a mistake allowing me to book a room from a sold out hotel so I just left and quickly booked something else. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in.the lobby ceiling was dripping water everywhere. I thought the ceiling was going to collapse! The room was filthy i had to go to Walmart and buy a sheet set to put over the bed cause we didn't want to sleep on the dirty bedsheets. The t.v wasn't working,told the front desk about it he said the cable service was supposedly down for the next 3 days .the restroom was disgusting.I had to buy a plastic for the tub cause I didn't want my feet to touch it .I wiped everything down with clorox w... read more

There were no staff at the reception desk possibly did to the water buckets that were catching the water leaks. The swimming pool was black and not maintained. My restroom had what appeared to be dry toilet paper on the walls like spitwads. The towels were very small and no towel racks. I've stood at other La Quinta locations but this is poorly kept.

Usually la Quinta has great rooms and affordable rates. This one was some what cheap but the rooms were terrible. Mold growing in the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom tub was disgusting, dirty towels, the sheets were dirty as well and the room had a foul odor.
