Horrible customer service, filthy hotel. The manager Charlene was so rude. Check in at 3pm set in the lobby for hours waiting before finally asking to cancel so we could go to another hotel. Refused to refund my money telling me it does not matter if I stay or not I will be charged either way. Had to call customer service which is in India I guess because no one I spoke to could speak clear English. No help there. I had to dispute the charges on my card for services not rendered. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. So I was very surprised when I visited on the 21st of this month. I have stayed here in the past and it has been years since I stayed. I had to come into town for my uncle's funeral and arrived at 1:38pm went to the check in desk waited for the gentleman in front of me to finish with the attendant. Rooms are pretty gross, everything is stained. When you go to leave you will be greeted by cockroaches.
