Customer service was phenomenal. Everything was above bar. Ten stars.
Room was clean and appeared recently updated. Bed extremely comfortable.
I understand that you are a pet friendly hotel but why can't you have select rooms for people with pets. First of all, there was dog hair everywhere. I accidentally dropped a black shirt on the floor and it was covered with dog hair. The base of the bed was covered with dog hair, the couch was covered with dog hair. As someone with allergies I was miserable, it is 3 hours later and my throat is still on fire and my eyes are watering. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out.
