I reserved a room and was waiting for my family to get here .I brought the kiddos up here .to swim while waiting for them to arrive and the lady came out and told me to get out and kids to or she's calling the cops without asking if I had a room here or not just accused me of not having a room well I did have a reserved room check in at 5pm but now Im not going too .that is not a professional way to handle it she should ask me if I have a room or a reservation which you did not she just assumed that I didn't she was not kind... read more
The hotel did a great job!! They online booking was simple and all i had too do when I arrived was pick up my room key. The check out process was just a great. They staff was courteous and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be using them again!!!
Our AC was broken in two out of three rooms we booked, and our room smelled musty, our clothes and bedding were damp. Check out staff was innatentive
