CHEVY saved the day. She was alone and four people were in line waiting to check. She had to clean a room because it was left unsanitary. She came as fast as she could and helped us immediately. She was apologetic but in honesty she was amazing. If it wasn't for her this would be a 1 star.
We had such a great stay! Chevy was the kindest human being and her service went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable, and we made wonderful memories swimming. Breakfast was tasty and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was spotless, and the entrance to the hotel was gorgeous. But, the elevator was broken, so we had to move our reservation from a king-size room upstairs to a two-queen room downstairs. That wasn’t a big deal, though, since they were really nice about it. However, the queen beds were super squeaky and loud, and the pillows were awful. The bed was just not comfortable at all. Front desk worker DD was great made me feel very welcome and La Quinta is blessed to have her as an employee!!!!
Stayed for 1 night. We choose this hotel because they were pet friendly— Thank you! The elevator was out but they called and told us the day before we arrived. We were on the 4th floor so walking up and down was a bit of a bummer. That is the only negative. The front desk staff was super nice. Our hands were full when trying to carry our breakfast back to the room. A front desk lady offered to help and we appreciate her carrying my hot coffees for us. She was extremely kind.
