Checked in on Thursday 28 August. Had no wi-fi in our room. It worked if I walked down the hall near the front desk, so it was a matter of a weak signal that wouldn’t reach down the hallway. The lady at the desk couldn’t do anything. When we checked out the next morning, I spoke to the manager about it and he said he would get a technician out that day. Was a great hotel to stay at, relatively a good price for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend. Rooms and service are great, everything looked and smelled clean. Location was great, walking distance to several food places. Only reason why it went down a star is because the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and since it was a fully booked weekend they charged me a “preauthorization fee” ( the first nights price) in order to confirm we were coming.

The staff are great. Tonya and Erica are very nice and accommodating when I've needed something. The hot breakfast is what you'd expect from any hotel. The location is is good. Very quiet, yet close enough to food and entertainment. The hotel itself is a 4 out of 5. The hot tub has been down for more than 5 months. The furnishings are a little bit dated. The beds feel newer and are comfortable.

Perfect for us! The room was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. Just down the street from our event.
