The first thing was that I was only a few steps from the front door but the ice machine didn’t have any ice so you had to go upstairs to o the (2) floor to get some if you needed ice other than that everything else was fine
The room was dirty. The first tub had cracks in the bottom. I switched rooms and the issues were the same, except the cracks in the tub were worse. I was there for a funeral after driving all day from North Carolina and was too exhausted to move again. I could not take a proper shower while I was there. Everything in the room was a little rundown and really not worth the money.
