Worst stay ever at a La Quinta. Room was dirty, shower head had black mold covering it, toilet had stains will never stay here again.
The hot water was cold, in the first room. Called to report it, they gave me another room. Got to that room an it still had the same issue, was not told that the issue had already been reported. So if I had been made aware i could have looked for some place else to stay. Thats just bad business, on top of the breakfast made me super sick an its was actually my first day on a new job. Painfully slow check in. No Hot Water. Wall thermostat not working. No temperature control. Bsthroom poor shaoe.
This was a very unusual, poor performance for La Quinta. The pool was really gross and cold. Also, the hot tub that was featured in the web page is gone. Overall, the building was also very cold and we had a difficult time hitting our room. Even the shower water was cold! As I said, this is not our usual experience with La Quinta.
