They initially charged us for damages, claiming there was urine on the sheets, when in fact it was orange juice. Once that was clarified, they charged us again, and when we asked why, their response was simply, “I don’t remember, but we still have to charge you.” The amount was $100.
Costly
The Mexican girl with tattoos that helped me was sooo sweet and nice, but I came back and their was a older lady working that wanted to make me sign papers again when I had already done it. The older lady needs a better more friendly personality, shes not customer service friendly enough.
