The parking lot was rowdy at the very late hour of our arrival (1-2:00 am) Front desk check in wasn't all that impressive (not quick nor friendly). Beds and pillows were just ok, room was fine overall. Breakfast was average.
This is by far the best hotel we have found in Dickinson with one major exception. Each time we walked to our room from the lobby we found an outside door propped open with a rock that we promptly removed. Last night the door was again propped open, not with a rock but rather the broken outside key reader taped to the door frame, barely hanging on. What a wonderful place! I would strongly recommend if you are even within the general vicinity and need a place to stay. The roads were bad, and we were on our way to visit family in Bismarck. We had to stop for the night. I have two children and two service dogs. The man was so amazing, I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, he let me have the service dogs without any question or anything and did not charge me an additional fee. Plus the continental breakfast was so super for my kiddos. Thank you, thank you thank you.
Very helpful staff here! Room was great...once we got the HVAC system figured out...Was staying here on business...Having the Country Kitchen right next door was a big plus as well!!
Hot tub was ice cold and shower was lukewarm and heat was either on or off
