My issue came when I woke up on my last morning and the inside of the bathroom sink was covered with ants as well as the bathroom countertop. Therefore the ants were all over my toiletries. I immediately reported it. I was told that I would get a call from a manager the next day but that didn't happen. When I called to follow up, the manager told me that there had been no complaints of ants since I checked out of the room and said that if I had ants that they would still be there. Our flight was delayed and our group of eight had to stay overnight with no luggage. Travis, the shuttle driver, completely turned things around. He brought great vibes, good music, knew the area well, and even stopped at Walmart so we could grab hygiene essentials. The next morning, he was back early with the same positive attitude. He made an inconvenient situation genuinely fun. Huge thanks to Travis!
