Travis at the front desk was exceptional! We were stuck with a nail in the tire and had to book a room late. He was very accommodating, nice, and extremely helpful! He even gave us a couple locations that he trusts and uses for his new tires, and tire repairs. Will be making sure to come back to this location in the future! Thanks Travis and thanks Laquinta
The driver Travis that was driving the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was super nice and the service was amazing.
Travis was our airport shuttle driver! Very nice and made us feel at home! Rochelle the front desk lady was very nice as well. They both are big on hospitality and the place was very clean and comfortable! Will definitely come back if I go back to Dallas
We have found a new home when traveling in and out of DFW! This hotel was VERY clean, VERY quiet, and VERY well located! Our small commuter airline that connects us to our home town only has one flight arriving and departing DFW a day. We find ourselves with a need to have accommodations when we fly in heading home. This place is absolutely the best! The shuttle to and from the airport was included and no more than 15 minutes, allowing us plenty of time for security and checking baggage. I have a 4 only due to the fact the beds are not very comfortable and they definitely need to get new pillows as they are very small and flat. Also, the lamps on the side bed table are huge and leave no space for any essentials. Overall we will stay again…just with our own pillows. The pool area was nice and well maintained too. Thank you to the staff as they were so polite and accommodating.
