Disgustingly dirty hotel. Unhelpful front desk. Fantastic shuttle driver. The room was moderately clean, about what you expect for the price, maybe slightly worse. A/C didn't really work. It would randomly disconnect and not cool. Room was never able to get below 77 degrees. The worst part was the bathroom. It doesn't appear as anyone cleaned the shower/bath area. I’m shocked by the bad reviews this place has, room is clean
Pros: Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in/check-out, convenient parking, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Cons: The A/C didn’t seem to be working properly in the lobby, elevators, or rooms. There was also an unpleasant odor when stepping off the elevator that reminded me of a skating rink. The parking lot and landscaping were littered with trash, which made the property look unkempt. It was a last minute trip so I didn’t have time to search around in the area but my stay was good.
Luis the shuttle driver was the best part of this experience. The kid at the desk clearly hates his job and acts like he's trying to get fired. He wasn't rude but it felt like he was going above and beyond to be of no help at all. We needed a shuttle for 6 a.m., he said there were only shuttles for 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. We asked about a taxi and he just said "i don't know ". the room was ok, there was trash in the garbage can, so i wonder what else they didn't clean. Kinda bummed i stayed here.
