I don’t really do reviews but I had to leave this one here, I recently booked this hotel for an interview that I had and I don’t have anything bad to say except for the wait time of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (though they will let you know sometimes it takes longer). Perfect for an overnight stay at DFW.
!!!*warning*!!! This location is infested with bedbugs! We booked 2 nights and upon check in I inspected for bedbugs found some in my first room went to the desk and requested a new room. I went into the second room and it was also infested with bedbugs! I went to ask for a cancelation and refund at the front desk and it she acted like she didn’t know how to do it and the GM didn’t want to give me a refund ether when I went back up there the next day! I had to go through my bank to get my money back! Don’t stay here!!!!
The manager there was amazing along with the front desk help
Power goes out constantly at this location!! Don’t stay here if possible.
