I certainly was exhausted and was welcomed and managed to get right to my room, had the chance to clean myself up, and pass out. I was ecstatic. Thank you.
Do not choose this hotel if you are booking it for the DFW airport shuttle. Even after informing them 4 hours in advance and sharing full flight details, the shuttle never showed up. When I called, they said it could take another 1–2 hours, which is unacceptable—especially when traveling with family and a young child. I stayed here for the park and fly option. Coming back to DFW, my flight was delayed so I got back after midnight. Called the hotel and was informed the shuttle stops at midnight. They will take your money to park there but will leave you stranded at the airport. It was obvious that the desk clerk didn’t care at all. I’ll never use this hotel again.
