Great service by Louis at La Quinta who offered shuttle services for our EF travel group and he was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and nice rooms. Quick service by Jacob at the front desk. He got our large group checked in very fast. Great location close to the airport and not far to ATT Stadium and Rangers Stadium.
Got booked here after flight was cancelled. Place wasn’t super untidy, but found a cockroach in my room. Auto 1-star, sorry.
Great place to stay
Found Cockroaches in the pool. Had a 4am wake up call for no reason. Beds were not made. Shower pressure was horrible. Constant banging and jumping from the room above and hotel staff ignored the noise complaint. Air conditioning was squeaking all night. Breakfast was below ideal to eat. Every night I had to get my key card re activated. Poor service from staff at the hotel. Happy to have checked out of this La Quinta
