It's now a Red roof inn but it's a wonderful place to stay they take great care of us
No vending on 2nd floor so went to the one on first floor. It's empty and doesn't even work. Hallways are stuffy and humid, smell funky, zero air circulation. Had rooms 211 and 215. 2 thermostats that were both off because neither room had a single air vent. Convenient location and a staff making the most with what they've got. All the amenities and comfort of a cheap motel.
Booked and room 2 weeks in advance and drove 4 hours only to find out they didn't have my room. No call or email. Just showed up to find out we at 9pm had to find another hotel
Very courteous and helpful!! Muhammad (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong!!) was AWESOME!!!
Brianna was the most kind helpful person. She was working by herself at the front desk and it was very busy. She managed to keep calm , helpful and polite. She is by far the most outstanding person with a positive attitude that I have ever seen at the front desk. I give her a 100 stars!
