We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dearborn, Michigan, for five nights, booking two rooms for our family trip. The staff were outstanding, especially Mary at the front desk. She made our check-in process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel valued from the very beginning. Way better than expected. The room was clean no foul odor, location right near the airport but no plane noise. Im very impressed. Only complaint is the air conditioner is making some noise sounds like it's on its last leg. I will tell them when I check out. But I slept like a baby. Also the check on clerk was very nice and handling his business. FYI bathroom was clean. Excuse the dark photo, family was still sleeping.
