All of the front desk staff were awful, when we left, there was a man and a woman talking in a different language staring at us rolling their eyes at my daughter and I, and her dad, they were giving off looks of attitude towards my child being mixed and was watching her dad the whole time, we were with his family and they were giving them looks too, and one lady said something extremely offensive to us, that I personally do not wish to repeat, but this hotel is just awful, they close the hot tub for 5 hours in the morning bu... read more

Great value. Clean rooms nice towels. Pet friendly and a great continental breakfast.

This hotel is a no go. They not only thought it was funny to tell someone who asked for the easiest entrance to access my room because I'm injured and non weight bearing, using a knee scooter, to use an entrance with steps when my room was 2 doors from the desk. So either he was ignorant of his own hotel or was getting a laugh at my expense- it felt like the latter. Then 2 hours later the same desk person allowed someone to sit in their car in the parking lot with the music at a level that people a state away could have hear... read more
