The rooms were ok here. The beds were less comfortable than some similar hotels. The hot tub jets did not seem to be working and the HVAC system in the room was quite touchy. It was a good value for the money and we would return.
My four friends and I decided to book at this hotel on 11/4/25 and we were nothing but disappointed with our stay the man at the front desk did not greet us when we came in and then was very rude and acted bothered by our presence when looking over the desk it came to our attention he was playing fortnight on his computer and that was the issue we got our keys for room 428 and went up the room to find it was absolutely disgusting comforters were dirty bathroom was dirty lamp shades with dried food spots and liquid on them we... read more
This hotel was very clean, in a great location right off the interstate and the service was excellent. They have a nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. This is a great hotel at a great price for any trip to the Des Moines area.
