Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was quick, and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. The check-out was equally smooth. Room Quality: My room was clean and well-maintained. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome pool and pet friendly! Everything about our stay was great! This one is a gem!
Overall this was a decent hotel. The service was good and the breakfast was not bad. The pool and yard area is in the middle of the hotel, and is nice and cozy. The hotel is by the freeway and you can hear the cars all times of the day. We also had a room next to us that was loud and playing music from 2 AM into the morning, I called and asked if they could have them quite down and nothing was done about it. The elevator in are area was down or having problems daily.
A hotel's primary obligation is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment from check-in to check-out. This includes delivering on basic, included services and amenities, such as a clean room and a full supply of fresh towels. I am struggling to comprehend how a hospitality establishment could fail to meet these fundamental standards.
