We stayed two nights at the location in SW Lakewood. Our room was not adequately stocked with towels, nor did it have cups for coffee and water. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom making it uncomfortable. Very alarming that my husband approached the front desk to asked to have his room key reprogrammed for room XXX as it was not working. I was extremely disappointed to find that this hotel did not provide complimentary soap or shampoo—something I consider a basic standard at any hotel, regardless of star rating or price point. What was even more surprising was being told that we would need to pay an additional $10 for a small bar of soap. I didn’t realize I needed to bring my own toiletries to avoid being charged. Not a bad hotel, was clean and fine. The free breakfast was good, just wish there was a little more variety, basically cereal, yogurt, bagels and make your own waffles every day. My only real complaint of the place is the bathroom door in the double bed room. It's a french style door and had a gap in the middle for anyone to see in, there's an easy fix to it on the hotels part.
