5th floor nice view, comfy and clean room, front elevator was a little dodgy and 1st floor security door did not lock. Front desk Ans breakfast folks were lovely
They show a jacuzzi in their pictures but their jacuzzi has been concreted in for a long time they need to change their pictures because that was one of the only reasons I booked their because I had a 14-hour drive and wanted to be able to use the jacuzzi on my back which they do not have
Our company reserved 4 doubles for a total of about 3 weeks. The job we were doing locally lasted longer, so we renewed our reservation. This was done 2 times. The last time, the hotel wanted another credit card for incidentals, even though they had already charged our employees' card $200 and had not returned the funds. We decided we would just switch hotels and the staff would not let our employees in to retrieve their belongings. The worst customer service. They are definitely NOT customer oriented.
