The rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Not to much interaction with the staff except front desk staff. I don’t remember her name but she was very nice, friendly, and professional. Greatly enjoyed our stay.
This hotel is TERRIBLE. Cracked floor tiles, limited parking, beat up room doors , skimpy supplies and no hair blowers in the rooms! One tiny little micro bar of soap to share sink to shower....ridiculous. And they charge $25 for a Pom!
Makeila was genuine friendly, professional and understanding. The room had good AC, good hot water, very nice breakfast, it was clean, pool was clean and water seemed clear. We were very tired and didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it looked inviting. The hallways and doors need some retouch painting but otherwise service was A++ on customer service for all staff during our stay.
