Pablo was the man!!! He helped us out with all our needs. His attitude is amazing and he has some amazing customer service. I would hire him at my job if I could. If you stay here and Pablo is working just know your stay is going to be amazing!!!
1. Wi-Fi on 3rd floor did not consistently connect. 2. Needed to leave first room due to its bed having strangely hard-- as in wood hard-- places. Bedspread was put on with the tagged, wrong side out. 3. Bed of second room I had to move to had thin, hole-y sheets. 4. The furnishings were dingy, giving you an idea of what average housing authority residents live with. Black-out curtains were hole-pocked in an accidentally abstract design. 5. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the outstanding customer service throughout our visit from the staff. Pablo was an exceptional representative of the hotel — professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Employees like Pablo are what make a company successful and leave guests wanting to return.
Terribly rude and unhelpful staff. Quick to argue without offering any help.
