Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. I like that they have an indoor swimming pool and tge breakfast was good
No hot water. Informed upon arrival that there was no hot water and that we could cancel the reservation. Would have been nice to know BEFORE we arrived. Made the reservation a month ahead, so it wasn't like we were surprise guests. Be nice if we got a refund for a portion of our premium. Wi-fi was very weak in the rooms. Unable to do any work while staying at this facility unless I was in a more public space. Breakfast was alright.
Room had sunflower seeds left on the floor , of course we didn’t notice until our 1 year old showed us . Location didn’t have hot water the night of our stay . No access to side doors .
Staff was very kind. The facility had a malfunction of elevator However they were very accommodating and the overall stay deserves a 5
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location with easy access to I-635. Helpful staff.
