I should have read the other reviews. even though it's very nice and modern, there are a lot of problems with this place. The Wi-Fi on the second floor is terrible and never really connects. my cell phone didn't work due to signal loss. there was no hot water at all during the morning when housekeeping was washing clothes. maintenance never showed up the one day I was there to check the boiler. when it did come on, it wasn't very hot later that night. the "breakfast" was pathetic. Smelled very moldy, and there was no hot water. Front desk staff nice, got this room on diamond membership but still housekeeping came by twice as they weren’t aware that means later checkout time. Breakfast was very basic. Room was spacious.

Go elsewhere. Pros: Bed was comfortable, rooms were large. Cons: 1) heavy mold/mildew smell as soon as you walk in the door. Multiple ceiling tiles show water damage throughout the property. 2)NO hot water for 3 days, desk clerk's response was that a plumber had checked it and then asked me "was it at least warm?". Man who identified himself as property manager stated it was a very expensive part to replace and would take about a month to repair. 3) we were promised a 12p checkout.
