My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Las Colinas was relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. It was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Later, I visited Mexican Margaritas Tacos, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for dinner. The food was fresh, full of authentic Mexican flavor, and served with excellent hospitality. Avoid this hotel — dishonest handling of a simple refund. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a shuttle service. Only after booking, when I called to arrange an airport pickup, did I find out the shuttle no longer exists. I cancelled within 40 minutes of booking and requested a refund since I now had to stay elsewhere. The hotel told me they couldn't refund me directly and that I had to go through the booking site instead. I did exactly that. The hotel said the refund would arrive in 3–5 days. 🛑 Avoid This Hotel – Horrible Management & Dishonest Practices I understand that a power outage can happen to anyone, but the way the management handled this situation was completely unacceptable. Around 10:00 PM, the power went out and did not return until after midnight. During this time, the hotel manager left multiple families sitting outside in the dark waiting for answers. First off outage didn't have light at all it was hot and the air unit wasn't working right and the room had a smell my mom definitely didn't have a good experience driving 6 hours to visit all for her to go thru that
