I confirmed twice we needed a pack n play "crib" and when we arrived man at front desk said "they didn't have any & never have before" i explained to him what it was & even website says they offer them... we slept with our 8 month old between us in our queen bed. #2 first thing we saw was a dead cockroach in middle of carpet. #3 bathroom had exposed screws where towel cubby came completely loose (luckily our baby is not walking yet) #4 power went out early morning for at least 5 hours due to a storm... i thought all hotels h... read more
Stay at your own risk. Customer service was good. Location was great we were right off 20. BUT we lost power for up to 3 hours both nights we stayed. Friday night and Saturday night. It must happen alot. Because there was no I'm sorry or anything. The first night we didn't know what happen till we went downstairs and they said the light just went out. The whole block and across the freeway was out. We will not be staying there again. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere..
Love it, very nice staff. The location is perfect. This is my second time coming and I will be back in August.
