The staff here go above and beyond and that makes a world of difference to me.
Review made of 💗 08/05/25 💗 If you are wanting to come here Please make sure to bring your own snacks, extra cash/coins, and products that you normally use at home because their food and supplies are ridiculously expensive!! The hotel smells horrible like Fish and gas! The water had a very bad odor and when I decided to bring this concern to the desk lady's attention, she told me she'll call maintenence. I stay here every time I come to Dallas, which is about every 5 to 6 weeks. This time, I left my necklace in the room and called to see if someone could check on it or have housekeeping retrieve it. However, the representative I spoke with, Diana, was unhelpful and seemed to find the situation amusing. I expressed my concern about the poor customer service, but she refused to assist me further and did not provide me with a manager's number or any supervisor information. I have never had any complaints.
