I just abruptly checked out hours before check out time because I walked in the bathroom this morning to get my son ready for school and there was a roach as long as my ring finger on his toothbrush! I was so beyond disgusted and also paralyzed for like 15 minutes trying to figure out the best way to still get ready without him being late for school and without it dashing off into the abyss of somewhere where I can't see it. A huge thank you to Laney and Rachel! I checked in and booked last minute on Wednesday evening, March 18 at 10:45 PM, and immediately felt welcomed and taken care of. Despite there being an issue with another guest who became very nasty with the staff, they handled the situation with professionalism and grace. Their composure and customer service really stood out. If I’m ever in the area again, I would 100% book these accommodations without hesitation.
