The bed was not comfortable.
I had the worst experience at this hotel. During our 3-day stay, the room was never cleaned — no one came to take out the trash, replace towels, or provide clean linens. We had to ask multiple times just to get basic essentials, which was frustrating and unacceptable. For the price we paid, I expected at least basic housekeeping service. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
