Mr.Ken did a great job with some booking issues I had. He got everything situated and has great costumer service!
We were traveling in after a 4.5 hour trip and noticed the place looked very appealing surrounded by many restaurants and mall near by. First assumption was we made a great choice! We requested a connecting room as we were traveling with our 4 adult children. None available which was understandable. Bummer! They did however get us on the same floor near each other.
