Upon check-in (they don't tell you when you book it) they charged a $50 "deposit", even though I paid with credit card, however I am still trying to get it back. I was told at checkout that it was credited back to my card, but it wasn't and still hasn't. La Quinta has now placed themselves in the same category as Motel 6. I will never stay with them again.
No hot or even warm water to take a shower.. Honestly, felt like I was staying at a really cheap motel. The Guy didn’t even say sorry or apologize or Anything When we were checking out telling him we weren’t able to take showers. We asked if the pool was open when we checked in and He told us no. Well, when we got up to our room we opened up the curtains & looked out the window.. The pool was full of people swimming We go on a lot of vacations and we’re able to put up with a lot of crap.
