The building is quite old and not well maintained. While they are trying to remodel, it seems like it is being done on the cheap. The employees seems disengaged. The breakfast was disappointing and not up to La Quinta standards. These seems like a franchise owned by someone who is just trying to take advantage of a good location and charging for everything they can. $75 for a pet is excessive! 1/5 – Terrible Experience at La Quinta Arlington Our family vacation stay at La Quinta in Arlington was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Check-in took over two hours, all while we had a crying and exhausted 2-year-old and two hungry older kids (12 and 16). The front desk clerk refused to process our card until speaking with her supervisor, leaving us stuck in the lobby.
