We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and enjoy it because the pool is warm for the kids the hot tub is hot for the parents. The service is also always been friendly and quick. However, this time we didn’t have a good experience. The hot tub was broken, the staff was inexperienced and not helpful, the filtered water was broken, all the nice trees in the courtyard are dead and the lobby smells like pee. Won’t be staying here again.

I usually stop here to stay here every two to three months for the past 4 years it hasn’t been bad until this most recent room. Instead of conditioner they just filled the bottle with water and called it good. There was no lotion in the room either I’m very disappointed as after a long drive I just wanted to take a shower I hope they can do better and and actually provide the things they claim they do after all almost $200 for a night stay you would expect it. I don’t think I’ll come here again after this.

This was one of those hotel rooms where you try not to look around too much - I wanted to get some sleep and continue on my journey. The air conditioner unit in my room had build up of some sort in the vents, so I didn’t turn it on. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan to get air moving in the room.
