A very lovely stop on our summer road trip. But the highlight was April, who was attending the breakfast buffet this morning. That’s probably an often thankless job, with a super early morning and maybe some cranky guest, but I watched her treat every interaction as an opportunity for hospitality. She was cheerful and kind, making personal contact with everyone, asking my kids about their Pokemon books, etc. She could have just done her job but she went beyond to give people a sunny start to their day, and it mattered to me.... read more
This was one of the best hotels. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spotless. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Glad we decided to stop on our way back home.
Great staff Ashley was awesome help! Very clean quiet hotel. The beds were very comfortable it was an amazing stop on the way to the beach! Thank you!
Had a great first couple nights but last night someone was smoking in their hotel room and the whole place smells like garbage. Called the front desk and the lady says they won't do anything until Monday when the manager gets back. So i cant cancel my reservation because of a health concern that this hotel's staff refuses to take care of?
