At check out, they told me they would be crediting the $50 deposit back to my account automatically. Over 45 days later, they still haven't done it and don't return my calls. The last time I called them, they advised me to dispute the charge with by bank which takes about a month. I don't know if they will get away with it but it's a bad experience.
It really is a good location to stay at however, there wasn’t any luggage carts to bring our luggage up to our room on the third floor, and there appears to be some issues with the flooring in the hallway to our room. It’s like the carpet covered up holes, it was concerning.

This location is very nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are luxurious, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The bedside tables have plug in and USB station.
