The only problem I had was that the pillows were uncomfortable and had stains on them, but overall, the quality of my stay was as expected. I also had an issue with the laundry; I was given change in the quarters but there were no quarters, only pennies and nickels in the $10 quarter row. However, they do have an app where you can get a free wash if you set up an account. Other than that, the staff was great. I would come back just for the staff because they did an excellent job.
This hotel was not a pleasant experience. When I first walked in, the receptionist didn't even bother greeting me. After I received my room on the third floor, the illusion of this being a mid-level establishment diminished. The carpets were stained, the hallways reeked, and there were cockroaches crawling around the table next to the coffee maker. I head down to the reception area asking for a room change or refund.
