I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. I had to switch rooms twice due to different issues, which made the experience frustrating. For the price, I expected much better. The staff tried to help, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place until major improvements are made.
Horrible, musty, smelly, old rooms are old , with bed bugs , with nasty random hair everywhere, going up Nd down the eleVators it is roaches. PEOPLE DO NOT LET PICTURES FOOL YOU !!!!
Let me tell you how this place… Will banned you just because you are homeless !!! My sister and I with our three kids, Have been homeless for about 6 months and stayed here for a month! After we left they put us on the DNR list with out our knowledge of it and put the reason as we trashed the room ! Which is completely false because I have worked in housekeeping for 5 plus years, even working for Laquita hotel at one point… and now how difficult and stressful and demanding they are toward the very few workers they have there... read more
