Terrible Experience – Avoid This HotelI had an awful stay here and cannot recommend this place to anyone.The Ceiling Leaked: Water started dripping from the ceiling onto the floor.There Were Bed Bugs: I found active bed bugs on the mattress and woke up with bites.Poor Customer Service: Staff members were completely unhelpful and refused to offer a refund.The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, and has zero customer service. Do not book a room here.
I am very disgusted by the condition of this hotel. I'm honestly not sure how this place has not been shut down by the health department. It has major water damage among other major repair issues.
I arrived and wanted some water so when to grab some water. Lemons where rotten and I stayed there for 3 days and the water was there still sitting for people to drink. The other thing the ceiling had mold. And the pool water was green. Not tempted to going in at all. Room was not too clean we did not have soap or shampoo neither conditioner. My room in this hotel was in very bad condition and smelled moldy. Wyndham should not let this happen.
Stayed 2 nights because I had to have my camper repaired in route home to NJ
