Its horrible. You can't get more towels Rooms r dirty and r very old Price was $70 higher than we were told You can't bring your breakfast to the room No phone to call the front desk Guy behind the counter was extremely rude do yourself a favor stay somewhere else ....anywhere else

Absolutely horrible! Drake attendant was an absolute jerk and refused to do anything to assist in making things better! Refused inform me who the manager was and who the owners were in order for them to be informed of how this person is operating their establishment! 0/10!!!!!

The beds were hard as a rock, the shower had almost no water pressure, and the desk in the room had rusty legs. I could have overlooked those issues if it weren’t for what happened at breakfast. My wife’s back was hurting from the bed, so she stayed in the room. I made her a small plate to bring back so she could eat comfortably. The man working the front desk physically blocked my path and told me he wouldn’t allow me to take the food upstairs. As a result, I ended up throwing the food away. went to this hotel with my family and it’s safe to say I will NOT be back here and do not recommend coming here, the worker at the front desk is almost never there, my room smelt horrible, we walked in and there was water everywhere and it smelt horrible, worst experience I’ve ever had, especially customer service wise after I asked for a refund and the front desk worker said yes, he proceeded to say he’d give me a refund, turns out he lied and said we never asked for a refund and had to pay cancellation fees..

Do not recommend staying here! Walked in my room, water standing on floor and smelled absolutely horrible. Would not give refund for disgusting room.
