air conditioner in bedroom blew hot air pool was not heated as advertised
Room had a really bad mold and mildew smell. Upon investigation, the bathroom had black mold In the room, air conditioner under the window, had black mold and mildew in the vents in inside the inner fans (see photos). Brought it to the attention of the staff and they stated they would replace the air conditioner. After a few days, I came to my room (5PM) and found the air conditioner missing with a new one in a box sitting there. Went down and told the front desk. They said it was all fixed.
